I probably missed a post here but we put an offer on a house last week and it was accepted. Today is our home inspection. I'm hoping everything goes well, not too well though because if there are some things wrong with the house, we can ask for more money at closing.
The house is nice. All hardwood floors, decent backyard that backs to a cemetary (no nosey neighbors!). The only thing we have to do before we move in for within the first few weeks is put up a fence for the dog. We don't want her running away or causing havoc in the cemetary.
Sooo exciting! Good luck with it & looking forward to the housewarming party... when would you get to move in?
